  In case I fail the fee in time or on demand the DPMI will have right/power to cancel my
  admission and I will not proceed in any court of law in this respect.
  

Rules and Regulations

1. Admission is open to all male & female candidates of the nation.

2. The admission will be made on definite criteria laid down by the institute. To have an application
   form and prospectus will not provide a legal right for admission.

3. The management has got complete authority to cancel the admission of any candidate.

4. All the students must be regular and punctual throughout each session beginning with the first
   day of class. 80% attendance in both theory and practical class is mandatory before appearing
   for the annual examination.

5. Irregular attendance, disobedience or misbehavior conduct in the premises will render the
   student liable to be dismissed at any time by the authorities. In such matters, the decision
   of the Director(Admn.)/Principal will be final.

6. Smoking, alcohol consumption or consuming non-vegetarian food within the college campus is
   strictly prohibited. Alcoholics are requested not to seek admission.

7. Fee of the course must be paid by the student as per the rules and regulations/mentioned in
   the admission confirmation letter, after due date the fee will be accepted only with a fine of Rs.
   10/- (Ten Rupees only) per day uptill end of the month, in which the fee is due, failing in which
   case name of the student will be struck off from the rolls.He/She shall be readmitted only
   on payment of re-Admission fee of Rs. 500/- upto 10th of the following month in which fee was
   due.

8. If any student is found indulging in unfair means in the Final examination he/she shall be
   debarred from appearing in the examinations for two successive years.

9. Students are responsible for safety of books, equipments, tools and other instruments used by
   them.

10. Any damage caused to the property of the Institute must be made good by the student
    concerned.

11. DPMI, Delhi does not take any responsibility for any injury sustained by the student though
    all precautions will be taken to avoid any accident.

12. It is compulsory for all the students to participate in the field visits, educational tours/ Health
    Camps organized by the Institute. Though all precautions and safety measures will be taken but
    the Candidate, their Parents/ Guardians shall be fully responsible for any natural or Un-natural
    cause & the DPMI, Delhi does not take any responsibility for the same.

13. The Application form must be filled in by the parent /Guardian with accuracy. The signing of the
    form will constitute an agreement on the part of the Parent/Guardian and candidate to abide by
    the Rules & Regulations of the Institute as laid down in the Prospectus.

14. The DPMI will issue provisional certificates to students who will appear for the final
    semester examination.

15. The candidates shall attend the clinical classes in different hospitals/clinics/field on their
    own expenses during the training and teaching period in the Institute.

16. No guardian is supposed to meet their ward during the classes without prior permission of
    The Principal/Managing Director of the Institute.

17. No student will be allowed to attend phone calls during their classes.

18. No leadership….politics will be tolerated .There is total ban on formation of any union. The candidates are free to convey their problems to the principal/Director, whose decision will be considered as final.

19. The management reserves all rights of alteration, modification in rules and regulations from time
    to time in the good faith and development of the Institute ,without prior information/Intimation.

20. Change of Address: Notice for change of address should be given by the candidate /student to
    the office in writing immediately.

21. The Institute will not take responsibility for the loss of any personal property in the Institute premises.

22. The DPMI, Delhi will observe all gazetted holidays.

23. In case of any dispute during or after the training period, the decision of the authority will be
    final and jurisdiction for legal proceedings will be NCT of Delhi only.

24. Any dispute arising out of the application of these Rules and Regulations or matter arising out
    of these will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi only.

25. Don’t apply for admission, if you do not wish to abide by the terms and conditions and are not convinced with the information given in the prospectus.
