ADMISSION |
Following are the requirements
for admission:

Registration-cum-Admission
Fee Rs 5,000/- (Five thousand only) through
Money Order/Demand Draft in favour of "Delhi
Para Medical Institute" payable
at Delhi. The fee paid is neither refundable
nor adjustable in any circumstances.

Fix
One passport size photograph on Registration-cum-Admission
Form and attach 6 extra copies (without attested)
of the photographs.

Attested
Xerox copies of Marsheets/Certificates/Degree
etc.

The
Form should be duly completed with all the relevant/concerning
details.
